TCM Developments (PTY) LTD was established in June 2012. The Director of the company is Mr. MC Mohlaloka who is a Civil Engineering Technologist with an experience of 12 years and he is currently in his final year completing his MSC in Management of Technology and Innovations.

TCM is mainly established to take the challenge of ensuring provision of best quality service to the community, private companies (clients) and timeouts service delivery within the given financial resources.

TCM understands and always encourages the integration of community’s inputs, Technical Design and Project Management Processes to ensure that the product delivered meet the client /Community/Stakeholders expectations.

It is through well-structured community facilitation that high quality service delivery can be maintained. With the understanding of the impact of development in our country, our Company took pride to unleash its field of expertise towards the people of South Africa; It was within this background that a passion was developed for the formation of this business.
